Support ticket system.

Overview

CommandDescription
/ticketEveryone Open a support ticket (optional subject).
/fermer-ticketEveryone Close the current channel's ticket.
/ticket-configManage Server Configure tickets: panels, categories, infrastructure, rules, inactivity reminder.

/ticket-configConfigure tickets

Usage/ticket-config

Manages the support ticket system. You can create multiple independent panels (e.g. one for general support, one for partnerships), each with its own categories, its own rules, and its own channel.

First launch

/ticket-config offers to choose an existing panel or create a new one (" Create a new panel"). Your current configuration is automatically carried over as the first panel.

Configurable elements per panel

  • Categories — up to 15 per panel, each with an emoji, description, max tickets per member, and its own support role / log channel / Discord category (otherwise the server's defaults are used)
  • Infra — default Discord category, log channel, and support role (used when a category doesn't define its own)
  • Panel appearance — title, description, color, image
  • Rules before opening (optional) — text that must be accepted before creating a ticket, specific to this panel
  • Inactivity reminder — automatic ping of the creator and assigned staff if a ticket goes unanswered past a configurable delay (1 to 720h, 24h by default)
  • Send — publishes (or republishes) the panel in the chosen channel

Recommended order

1. /ticket-config → create or select a panel
2. Add at least one category
3. Configure the appearance and rules if needed
4. Send the panel to the desired channel

Web panel: section « Tickets » — the same setting from your browser.

/ticketOpen a ticket

Usage/ticket

Creates a private channel accessible only to the member and staff. A welcome message is posted automatically with a button to close the ticket.

Note

Members normally open their ticket from a panel published via /ticket-config. The /ticket command remains available directly and groups categories from every panel on the server.

/fermer-ticketClose a ticket

Usage/fermer-ticket

Closes the current channel's ticket. A transcript is generated and sent to the logs. The member is notified by DM.

This command must be used from the ticket's channel. It doesn't work from another channel.

/formulaireApplication forms

Usage/formulaire

Creates interactive forms (Discord modals) that members fill out to apply for a role, ask a question, etc.

Capacity

  • Up to 8 forms per server
  • Up to 20 questions per form (40 with VIP)

Configuration

1. Type /formulaire
2. Create a new form, give it a name
3. Add your questions (short or long text)
4. Choose the channel where answers are received
5. Publish the form to a channel

How it works

Members click the button, fill out the form, and the answers arrive in your staff channel with Accept/Refuse buttons.

Web panel: section « Forms » — the same setting from your browser.

/suggestSuggestions

Usage/suggest

Lets members submit suggestions. Each suggestion is posted in the configured channel with For/Against buttons to vote, and a numeric ID to find it easily.

Available actions

  • Submit — submit a new suggestion
  • Panel — publish a panel with a button to suggest directly
  • Config (admin) — set the receiving channel
  • Manager roles (admin) — who can change a suggestion's status
  • Auto-sort by channel (admin) — creates a SUGGESTIONS category with 4 channels (pending / in progress / accepted / refused) ; each suggestion is automatically moved based on its status instead of staying in a single channel

Managing a suggestion

"Manage" button on each suggestion to change its status (in progress, accepted, refused, duplicate) with an optional reason and automatic DM to the author. A "View votes" button also shows who voted for/against.

Web panel: section « Suggestions » — the same setting from your browser.

/avisSubmit a review

Usage/avis

Lets members submit a review (rating + comment). Reviews are checked by staff before being published.

How it works

1. The member submits their review
2. Staff receives a notification
3. Staff accepts or refuses via /avis-staff
4. If accepted, the review is published in the configured channel

Web panel: section « Reviews » — the same setting from your browser.

/avis-staffRate the staff

Usage/avis-staff

Lets any member anonymously rate a staff member (rating + comment).

Available actions

  • Give a review — rate a staff member
  • View reviews — view the reviews a member has received
  • Leaderboard — top-rated staff members
  • Config (admin) — receiving channel + role to ping
  • Forum mode (admin) — creates a staff-reviews Forum channel with a dedicated post per staff member (named after them) ; all their reviews accumulate in that same post instead of a single feed
  • Reset (admin) — delete all reviews or those for a specific member

Who counts as "staff"?

By default, any member with the Discord Moderate Members permission. You can configure one or more roles instead ("Configure staff roles" button in the config) — handy if not all your moderators have that permission.
