/setup-service (panel)Configuration

Usage/setup-service

Opens the shift system's configuration panel. Everything is managed from a single dropdown menu, in V2.

Menu options

  • Panel channel — Channel where the interactive panel (Start / Pause / End) will be posted
  • Log channel — Channel receiving each action ( start, pause, resume, end)
  • "On duty" role — Role automatically granted for the duration of the session
  • "Off duty" role — Role automatically granted when the member is not on duty (removed as soon as they start)
  • Reset-allowed role — Additional role (on top of Manage Server) that can manage/reset hours
  • Send / Resend panel — Posts the panel to the configured channel (or replaces it)
  • A member's hours — Detailed stats for a member
  • Leaderboard & management — Top hours + admin tools

Requirement: Manage Server for full configuration (channels, roles).
Limited access: the role set in " Reset-allowed role" also gives access to /setup-service, but only for the Hours, Leaderboard & management, See leaderboard, and Force end shift options.

Web panel: section « Duty clock » — the same setting from your browser.

/setup-service (panel live)Usage

UsageClick the panel buttons

The list of members currently on duty, their unique shift number, elapsed time, and a indicator if they're on break.

Start shift

Creates a new session, generates an auto-incremented shift number, grants the "On duty" role (if configured), and sends a Shift started log.

Take / End break

First click: puts the session on break (break time shows live on the panel). Second click: resumes the shift — break time is automatically excluded from the total duration.

End shift

Closes the session, removes the "On duty" role, calculates the net duration (excluding breaks), updates the leaderboard, and sends an Shift ended log with the summary.

Common errors
  • "Already on duty" → A session is already active, end it before starting a new one
  • "Not on duty" → No active session for break/end

/setup-service (hours & leaderboard)

Usage/setup-service → Hours / Leaderboard & management

Select a member to see their cumulative total, number of completed sessions, and details of their last 10 sessions (date, number, duration).

Leaderboard & management

Shows the top 50 members by cumulative time (the selection list to edit/reset is limited to the first 25, a Discord limit). Select a member to:

  • Add time — Opens a form to manually add minutes to the total
  • Remove time — Manually removes minutes (never goes below 0)
  • Reset this member — Choice between "Totals only" or "Everything (including history)", with confirmation

Reset the entire leaderboard

Dedicated button on the Leaderboard screen — resets cumulative hours for every member on the server in a single action (confirmation required, irreversible).

Requirement: Manage Server or the role configured in "Reset-allowed role".

/setup-service (force end shift)

Usage/setup-service → Force end shift

If a member forgets to click " End shift", disconnects without doing so, or needs to be forcibly removed from duty (sanction, emergency…), this option lets you close their session for them.

How it works

1. Select the member from the list of people currently on duty (with their number and elapsed time)
2. Confirm via the " Confirm forced end" button

What happens

  • The session is closed as if the member had clicked (net duration calculated, breaks deducted)
  • The "On duty" role is removed
  • The live panel and leaderboard are updated
  • A Forced shift end log is sent, specifying who forced the end

Requirement: Manage Server or the role configured in "Reset-allowed role".

/setup-service (see leaderboard)

Usage/setup-service → See leaderboard (Top Hours)

Sends a V2 embed visible to everyone in the channel, listing the Top 50 shift hours, with a " Refresh" button to update the numbers.

How it works

1. Select " See leaderboard (Top Hours)" from the menu
2. The configuration panel stays open (visible only to you)
3. A new public embed with the leaderboard is sent to the channel, with the " Refresh" button

Roles allowed for Top Hours

  • Set which roles can send this leaderboard and click " Refresh" from the configuration menu
  • Members with the Administrator permission always have access, even without these roles
  • If no role is selected, access is open to everyone
  • The " Reset" button removes all configured roles (back to open access)

Requirement: Manage Server (to use /setup-service).

/setup-service (roles allowed to start a shift)

Usage/setup-service → Roles allowed to start a shift

Restricts access to the " Start shift" button on the panel. Prevents any server member from starting a shift.

How it works

  • If one or more roles are selected, only members with at least one of these roles can click " Start shift"
  • Members with the Administrator permission always have access, even without these roles
  • If no role is selected, the button is accessible to all members

Important

This restriction only applies to starting a shift. The " Pause" and " End" buttons remain accessible to anyone with an active session (logic: if they could start it, they can end it).

Configuration

Select up to 10 roles via the dropdown menu. The " Reset" button removes all configured roles (back to open access).

Requirement to configure: Manage Server.

/sumCheck your hours

Usage/sum [member]

Shows shift hours directly, without opening the panel: your own by default, or a mentioned member's.

Public reply (visible to everyone in the channel), unlike the /setup-service panel which is ephemeral.

Access: limited to the "On duty" role configured via /setup-service (administrators always have access); if no role is configured, open to everyone.

/sumallFull leaderboard

Usage/sumall

Shows the Top 50 shift hours directly, without opening the configuration panel.

Public reply. Same access conditions as /sum.

/forcer-serviceForce end shift

Usage/forcer-service <member>

Direct equivalent of "Force end shift" in /setup-service, without opening the panel: force-closes a member's active session in a single command.

The <member> field offers autocomplete limited to members currently on shift or on break (name, status, elapsed time) — you can't select someone who isn't on shift.

Requirement: role configured in "Reset-allowed role" (/setup-service), or Manage Server.
