The web panel
The panel is Server Manager's web interface: an alternative to commands for configuring the bot from a browser.
Signing in
- Go to the panel and sign in through Discord.
- Select the server to configure.
- Move between sections using the side menu.
Sections
The side menu is organized by theme, like this documentation:

The block editor
Messages are built like on Discord, block by block, with a live preview. The editor is used by: Embed, Rules, Info Panels (the panel and each entry), Recurring messages and the Staff welcome / Staff leave announcements.
- Available blocks: text, image, text + thumbnail, separator and link buttons (40 components per message at most).
- Text supports Discord Markdown, the server's emojis and variables such as
{server}or{membercount}(staff announcements add{mention},{tag},{username}…). - The rules' "I accept" button, the dropdown menu of info panels and the role mentions of recurring messages are added automatically.
Hierarchy: drag and drop
In Hierarchy, press and hold a role (a half-second long press on mobile) then drag it wherever you want: the order no longer has to follow Discord's. It is saved automatically and the message in Discord is updated.
- Once the order is custom, new roles are added at the bottom of the list.
- The "Re-sort by Discord roles" button restores the automatic order.
Quick actions
- Log channels : enable logs by creating the category and channels, create only the missing channels, or disable everything in one click.
- Anti-nuke : enable the protection, pick the alert channel and threshold, start an instant backup.
- Journal and Staff welcome / Staff leave : send a summary or a preview right away to check the result.
- Duty clock and Temp voice : repost the panel in its channel.
- Stat channels : create the counter channels (members, bots, in voice) or refresh them right away.
Special rules
- Embed : for members with Manage Messages (and the server owner).
- Backups : an administrator can start a backup, but only the server owner can view, delete or restore existing ones.
Bot profile
This section changes how the bot looks on your server only: nickname, avatar, banner and bio. Its global profile is never touched. It matches the /profile-bot command.
- Each change is checked by automatic moderation (text and images), then applied right away if accepted.
- Images: png, jpg, gif or webp, 8 MB at most. For a GIF, only the first frame is checked.
- One request every 2 minutes per server.
- You need to have joined the support server to edit the profile.
- The bio is a VIP perk.
